If you are using the VIDsigner native app for Windows, your computer must meet the following requirements:

- Recommended devices for biometric or in-person signing
To capture biometric handwritten signatures on a Windows computer, we recommend using a convertible tablet or a device with a touchscreen and stylus.
This type of device allows for more accurate capture of handwritten signatures and associated biometric data, such as pressure, speed, and stroke pattern.

- Remote signing without installation
You don't need to install the desktop app on Windows to use VIDsigner's remote signing feature.
