Description of the Main Interface
Waidok's main interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, offering quick access to the application's key functions. Below is a description of the main interface elements you will encounter when logging into the application.
1. Top Navigation Bar
- Logo and Application Name:
Located in the upper left corner, the Waidok logo is a quick access to the main home screen or dashboard.
- User Menu:
In the upper right corner, you will find your profile icon, which allows you to access options such as "Account Settings", "Change Password", and "Logout".
- Search Bar:
Right in the center is the search bar that allows you to quickly locate documents, tasks, or settings within the application.
- Notifications and Alerts:
Contextual notifications may appear below the quick actions, alerting you to recent activities, pending tasks or documents that require your attention.
2. Side Navigation Panel
- Dashboard:
The first link in the side panel takes you to the main dashboard, where your recent activities, most used documents, and important notifications are summarized.
- Main Modules:
Below the dashboard, you will see a list of main modules such as "Document Explorer", "Files", "Tasks", "Inbox", and "Consoles". Clicking on each one expands the related options.
- Configurations:
At the bottom of the panel, you will find access to the application's general settings, where you can adjust user preferences, manage permissions, and configure notifications.
3. Main Work Area
- Content View:
The central area of the screen displays the content corresponding to the option selected in the navigation panel. For example, if you select "Document Explorer", here you will see a list of documents along with their viewing and editing options.
- Quick Actions:
At the top of this area, there are usually buttons for quick actions such as "+ New".
4. Shortcuts and Tools
- Shortcut Icons:
Throughout the interface, you will see shortcut icons that allow you to quickly access common functionalities, such as "Help", "Contact Support", or "Favorites".
- Context Tools:
Depending on the screen or module you are in, additional tools may appear, such as search filters, sorting options, or view modes (list, grid, etc.).
