TEMPLATES
This menu option will offer users all those templates that have been previously generated, in order to complete the metadata of the defined properties. From these templates, it will be possible to generate documents, which will be able to be part of any process established in Waidok.
This window will display the table of all existing templates in Waidok and, depending on the role and permissions associated with the corresponding user, you will be able to perform the corresponding actions. The complete list can be displayed or filtered by default ranges, such as"Today","Last week" or"Last month", as well as being able to combine it with the"search" box.
Using the "Filters" option, a new subwindow allows you to search again by terms associated to already established date ranges, or to define the specific date range required, similar to the operation explained above.
With the"+ Add" option, it is possible to create a new template in Waidok, for which it will be necessary to configure the necessary data such as the"Name", the"Collection" in which the document to be generated will be classified, or without entering this data, since it is not mandatory, the"Document" to be selected from a user repository, for which a new window will open to choose the base document of the template.
Once a document is uploaded to generate the template and without the need to save it yet, the "Field mapping"The fields contained in that document that have been automatically detected can be parameterized. Once the list of the existing fields of each document is displayed, the "Field" (the field name is displayed), "Label"(the label of the recognition software that is assigned to each field), "Description" (brief explanatory description of the field", "Property"(what is the property associated with that field) and "Shares"(by clicking on the pencil icon, the field can be edited). By editing the field The "Description", where you can enter a text explaining the meaning or content of the field, as well as insert the "Ownership" to which you want to assign it, will be displayed in a subwindow.
After completing all the necessary sections, the only thing left to do is to Accept or if you do not agree or there have been errors in the data, use the Cancel.
Once you have made any of the above options, also in the next main window, use the Save option, if you want to keep the changes and data entered, or if you do not agree or there have been errors in the data, use the Cancel option.
